Behind Union Care Australia is Constansa Ibarra, Founder and Registered Nurse, whose journey began as a support worker over five years ago. Working closely with people living with disability, mental health challenges, and complex care needs gave her firsthand insight into what truly makes a difference.
Inspired by those experiences, she created Union Care Australia to provide the kind of care she believed everyone deserves—compassionate, personalised, and centred around each individual’s goals.
Today, Union Care Australia is a family-owned, nurse-led Registered NDIS Provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support that goes beyond the ordinary. Our mission is simple: to elevate abilities, encourage independence, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of every participant and their families.
