Union Care Australia was founded from lived experience within the healthcare system.
While completing nursing studies, our founder worked closely with people living disability as a support worker. During this time, something became clear - too many participants were receiving services that felt rushed, tasks-focused, and disconnected from what truly matters.
There was a gap between care being delivered and care being felt.
So, Union Care Australia was built to be different.
Led by nursing knowledge and grounded in compassion, our approach focuses on safe, high-quality supports that respect dignity, encourage independence, and a place the participant at the centre of every decision.
Today, that vision continues to guide everything we do- from the way we communicate, to how we train our staff, to the partnerships we build with families and health care professionals.
Because everyone deserves support that feels right, not just available.
